Biography

Highlights of Qualifications:

Certified & experienced in Emergency Management Principles, Planning, Training, and Exercises having written or revised numerous emergency plans and training programs and developed and delivered dozens of exercises

Member of the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM)

Deputy Lewis & Clark County DES Coordinator and former Police Officer with extensive local, state, and federal contacts throughout the region

Former Army Counterintelligence Special Agent with substantial leadership, liaison, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills, often in high-stress situations

Thorough knowledge of Homeland Security programs & guidance to include the National Incident Management System (NIMS), the Incident Command System (ICS), the Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program (HSEEP), The Target Capabilities List (TCL), and the Universal Task List (UTL)

Articulate, persuasive, and experienced in written and verbal presentation with over 15 years of experience as an instructor and presenter
