You are not obligated to nor are you committing to, purchasing any items listed on the Membership Awards Program. We will provide you with the option to obtain items from the Membership Awards Program after you submit your Membership Application, via our web site, or fax number 631-991-7099 or by returning our mailing invitation to the attention of our invitation department. When we receive your information you are granting us the right, without limitation, to perform the service of providing you inclusion into the online and publication biographical registries of Hamilton’s Who’s Who Inc.   If following receipt of an invitation you should desire all the benefits a full Membership with Hamilton’s Who’s Who Inc. provides then our representative will assist you in completing your full biographical inclusion over the telephone and/or web site.

We may also periodically send you emails for marketing, promotional, or other emails not directly related to the service you are requesting. If you choose not to receive these emails you may Opt-Out of future informative updates and solicitation emails.

Opt-Out: If you choose to Opt-Out, you will no longer be included in offers made available to you, nor will you receive periodic emails telling you about our membership benefits and merchandise offers.
